Do I need an appointment?
For diagnostics and big jobs, yes — book online or call. Flat tires, batteries, and bulbs are walk-in while a bay's free; mornings are your best bet.
How does the $95 diagnostic fee work?
It covers up to an hour of a master tech's time with factory-level tools, and it's credited in full toward the repair if you fix it with us. If you walk away, you still leave knowing exactly what's wrong — in writing.
What's actually covered by the warranty?
24 months or 24,000 miles, parts and labor, on repairs we perform — whichever comes last to arrive. If our fix fails, the re-fix is free, including the tow back to the shop from anywhere in the Treasure Valley.
Can you fix my make?
We service most domestic, Japanese, and Korean makes, and common European models. Exotic or heavily modified? Call first — if it's outside our lane, we'll point you to someone good instead of learning on your dime.
Do you offer loaners or rides?
We run a free shuttle within 6 miles of the shop, mornings and late afternoons. For full-day jobs booked ahead, ask about the two loaner cars — first come, first served.
